As part of the PLACES project – Promoting Landscape, Accessibility and Culture for Experiential and Sustainable Tourism (ITAT-46 -019 | PC Interreg Italy-Austria 2021-2027 | CUP B39I24002540007), La Piccionaia organised a webinar on 29 May 2026 on the topic of ‘Theatre and Augmented Audio Reality for Accessible Tourism’, featuring experts from the field:

Maria Grazia Marini, Head of the Tourism Department of the City of Ravenna, presented the Silent Plays initiative as a tool for promoting cultural tourism.

Carlo Presotto and Paola Rossi from La Piccionaia – Centro di Produzione Teatrale spoke about the use of theatre and silent plays as narrative tools to make cultural experiences accessible and participatory.
