The Raffeiner Orchideenwelt has a large parking lot for visitors, including two spaces reserved for disabled visitors. Upon entering, you're greeted by spacious exhibition spaces featuring artistic and floral displays. For those who require assistance, two manual wheelchairs are available for rent at the ticket office. After passing the shop, you'll reach the start of the museum tour. A linear path, with some sloping sections, leads into a tropical environment with numerous orchid species from around the world. Benches invite you to stop and rest, while interactive stations offer insights into the world of orchids. For children, there's an adventure trail with a water bridge and other games, while outside there's a lovely playground. The Raffeiner Orchideenwelt also has an area dedicated to hosting concerts and events. The Orchidea bar and restaurant is located near the ticket office and offers a refined and comfortable atmosphere where you can enjoy an excellent dessert or other small delicacies. The restrooms are well-differentiated: in addition to the standard men's and women's restrooms, there is a children's restroom with a changing table and a disabled restroom equipped with grab bars.
