The Bolzano indoor swimming pool has a large outdoor paid parking lot near the "Druso" stadium. There are also two spaces reserved for disabled people, which are easily accessible from the entrance. From the ticket office, an elevator leads down to the common changing rooms. From the changing room, you can access the pool via stairs, or by returning to the entrance area and using the elevator again. Disabled people have access to a dedicated changing room located on the ground floor, indicated by special signage.

The disabled-only changing room has a fully equipped bathroom and shower.

The Olympic-size pool has a ten-meter-high diving platform, and a hydraulic seat is installed poolside to facilitate access to the water for disabled people. Swimming caps are mandatory. Next to the Olympic-size pool is a pool with a slide, starting on the second floor (a flight of stairs), and a children's pool. The pool also has a small snack bar with tables accessible via a ramp. The bar is open to the public and can also be reached from the main entrance via another ramp. An additional accessible restroom is located near the bar. The grandstand, however, is only accessible via two flights of stairs and is therefore not accessible to disabled visitors.
