Mar Dolomit does not have private parking: there is a nearby underground garage, which has no reserved spaces or elevator, while there are hourly parking spaces along the street, including one reserved space. The main entrance and ticket office are accessible only via a flight of stairs. Visitors with reduced mobility can access the facility using the secondary entrance (with a bell), accessible via a ramp (7% incline), and paying directly for their ticket. From here, there is direct access to the reserved changing rooms, near which are the accessible restrooms and the stairlift to the indoor pools. Within the indoor pools, there are ramps providing access to all areas, including those dedicated to children and those equipped with the Turkish bath and solarium. The exterior can be reached through a door or directly from a passageway in the water. The sauna area is only partially accessible due to the lack of an elevator (stairs not equipped with a stairlift). A solarium shower, two infrared cabins, and a relaxation area are easily accessible.
