The Hotel Rosengarten, run by the Rechenmacher family, is a beautiful 4-star hotel with 36 rooms, two of which are designed for guests with disabilities, and two apartments. Situated in the heart of the Dolomites, in the municipality of Nova Levante, it lies at the foot of the legendary Catinaccio and on the edge of the forest. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful setting, far from traffic. In summer, you’ll have access to a network of well-marked mountain trails, whilst in winter, downhill skiing takes centre stage as the hotel is situated right at the foot of the slopes, with excellent connections to the cable car that runs from Nova Levante to the Carezza Ski area. The hotel’s cuisine will delight you with highly creative dishes. In addition to the generous breakfast and evening menu, the Hotel Rosengarten offers an afternoon buffet with sweet and savoury, hot and cold dishes, served daily from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm. The ingredients used to prepare the 5-course dinner are sourced locally and prepared fresh: alongside absolute freshness and seasonality, great attention is paid to quality. Some of the ingredients are in fact organic and have a very intense flavour.
