On 3,000 m² of garden space, there is plenty of room to linger and explore – to soak up the sun, enjoy cozy evenings by the fire, and spend time outdoors together. The on-site beekeeping with a bee educational trail invites you to learn more about bees and beekeeping. A wooden block children's playhouse is available for young guests.

Our double rooms and holiday apartments are lovingly furnished and partially feature a balcony or terrace.

Just 999 meters away lies the turquoise Faaker See. As a lake.bike basecamp, Theresienhof is an ideal starting point for shared experiences with the whole family. A variety of bike trails and hiking paths, as well as the Nature Activity Park, are located in close proximity. With the Erlebnis CARD, there are also numerous sports and cultural offerings to choose from. Mona, our MTB and hiking guide, always has a tip or two up her sleeve.

If the original statement regarding the "regional principles" can be substantiated concretely, it could also be salvaged, for example, with: "We work, among other things, with products and partner businesses from the region." That would be significantly more concrete than the blanket formulation.
