Moviegoers can park at a discounted rate during Cineplexx opening hours in the "Bolzano Centro" parking lot by showing their parking ticket at the cinema box office. People with disabilities will find two reserved parking spaces near the Cineplexx entrance.

In front of the entrance is a flight of stairs, accessible via a lift (150 x 95 cm), which is reached via a 10-meter ramp (8% gradient). The box office and bar are located on the same level as the entrance. From here, a large elevator (140 x 110 cm) or escalators lead to the two floors with the multiplex cinemas. All seven screens have two reserved parking spaces for wheelchair users. An accessible restroom is available on the box office level and in the basement near screens 4, 5, 6, and 7.
