BLEIB BERG F.X. Mayr Retreat
The specially developed BLEIB JUNG method serves to optimise your personal health and forms the basis of your stay at the BLEIB BERG. For individual deepening of the method, you choose from 4 topic-specific programmes: "stay HEALTHY", "stay ACTIVE", "stay STRONG" and "stay VITAL". The 4 programmes enable you to take advantage of targeted therapy offers - adapted to the constitution of your body, matched to the needs of your life situation.
The BLEIB JUNG nutrition concept: Every guest starts their BLEIB BERG experience with reduction. What does that mean? We practise doing without and enjoying the simple. Based on Dr.F.X. Mayr / Dr. Rauch, we give up irritating foods and give the digestive tract a beneficial break - to detoxify, to heal irritations, to be able to start anew. Individually and adapted to your needs.
Recommendation: If you want to concentrate entirely on fasting and detox according to Dr. F.X. Mayr/ Dr. Rauch will find the ideal immersion in the bleib GESUND programme.
This is the fastest way to get to the BLEIB BERG F.X. Mayr Retreat. Mayr Retreat: Coming from Villach, drive through Bad Bleiberg and turn right 250m after the Spar market. For your navigation system please use the following address: Thermenweg 28, 9530 Bad Bleiberg.
