Note: Located right outside the restaurant and adjacent to the cable car mountain station is Olperl's Nature Park, a easy 1.5 km circular theme trail (suitable also for all-terrain strollers) inspired by the legendary local goblin; the area features a large mountain playground, the "Kinderalm" with miniature alpine huts, a petting zoo area with farm animals (including goats, rabbits, alpacas, and yaks), and a dedicated barefoot sensory path across various natural surfaces with a shoe deposit point at the start. Located a short distance from the Helm Restaurant is the Messner Mountain Heritage, an outdoor exhibition integrated into the panoramic trail created by famous mountaineer Reinhold Messner, dedicated to the history of alpinism and the relationship between humans and the mountains.
