The tender for the app enabling visually impaired and blind visitors to explore the kärnten.museum independently has been drawn up and is currently being reviewed by ÖZIV.

The tender for carpet runners, which are intended to provide tactile orientation for blind and visually impaired museum visitors, has also been formulated and is currently being reviewed by ÖZIV for deficiencies.

On Lottery Day at the kärnten.museum (25 April 2025), the Interreg project with Italy was publicly announced for the first time and a supporting programme was offered that was specially designed for people with visual impairments.
